Dialogue and Design Thinking Session
Monday, January 22, 2018; 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Garage, 2311 Campus Drive #2300, Evanston, IL 60208
You are invited to be part of a dialogue and design thinking session on Monday January 22 from 12-1:30 to swap stories and share ideas on innovative things you have tried—whether they worked or not—and new things you’re intrigued to try this year.
- Maybe you’re challenging yourself by offering a “flipped” classroom this quarter.
- Perhaps you’re giving the students greater autonomy over their assignments and letting them pick their own homework.
- Or maybe you're experimenting with extending your offerings beyond the classroom to engage a broader audience.
Join us for lunch and a collaborative session to hear from fellow faculty and staff on their adventures in innovation and come away with your own ideas on what to tackle this quarter to continue to make the university a vibrant learning environment for everyone. Pam Daniels from The Segal Design Institute will facilitate the session. Invite your colleagues and friends!
