Keynote Speaker
We are thrilled to annouce that this year's keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Ruha Benjamin, Professor of African American Studies at Princeton University. Dr. Benjamin is the author of People’s Science: Bodies and Rights on the Stem Cell Frontier and the forthcoming Race After Technology: Abolitionist Tools for the New Jim Code. She has studied the social dimensions of science, technology, and medicine for over 15 years and speaks widely on issues of innovation, equity, health, and justice, and was the recipient of the 2017 President’s Award for Distinguished Teaching at Princeton.Join us at TEACHx for her keynote address, “Classrooms as Labs for Social Change: Reimagining the Default Settings of Education.” More about the keynote.

Pricing
TEACHx is free to Northwestern attendees.
Tickets for attendees from other institutions are:
- $25 for the Pre-Conference (Wednesday only)
- $50 for the Conference (Thursday only)
- $70 for both the Pre-Conference and the Conference (Wednesday and Thursday)
